You might to try one of these tips:
  • We recommend printing cards using the Firefox browser
  • Try printing your first card with “normal” printing (not best).  Most often the cards will look great and take less ink to print than the best setting.

Web Browser:
Just Grab It Printables supports Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari. You may need to update your browser to view and print cards.
Flash Plug-in
The Flash Plug-in prints the greeting cards. If you do not have Flash already installed please install it here:
Monitor Requirements
Just Grab It printables pages are designed to be viewed on at least a 1024 x 768 resolution. If the full page is not displayed (or you have to scroll left or right to view parts of the page) go to your monitor’s settings and adjust the setting to 1024 x 768 or higher. Also check your color display (make sure it is on the highest possible).

Refund Policy
We want our users to love printing cards.  If you have only printed one card you can request a refund within 72 hours of signing up.  Contact Customer Care and we’ll take care of your request quickly:

Tips
Try these tips to make sure you get the best results:
  • Before printing your first card on card stock try printing a test on regular paper
  • Print one card at a time. Allow enough time for the ink to dry before printing the other side to avoid smudging.

Make Folding Easier
  • Lay a metal edge ruler in the center of the card where you will fold the card
  • Use the back of a regular dinner knife to score your card
  • Run the knife along the edge (2 to 3 times) to make an  impression
  • Do the same on the other side of the card and then fold
  • Use the end of a pen to smooth the edge after folding (run it up and down the edge)

We advise to not access and print cards from Google Chrome.  There are several problems you may encounter if you try.  We’ll let you know in the future if Google has fixed those problems.
